I know there are some who question whether CrossFit is for everyone or if it is too rigorous for some. Here are some pics of my 63 year old aunt, who has arthritis throughout most of her major joints, at CrossFit Corona. She has tried every low impact type of exercise there is from water aerobics to Tai Chi. After her first session at CrossFit Corona she can't stop raving about CrossFit and how much stronger she feels. Thanks to the good folks in Corona for taking care of my aunt. I have added some times to the opening week schedule. There will be classes from 5:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. on Wed. the 1st, Thur. the 2nd and Fri. the 3rd, in addition to those previously posted. Hope to see you there.
Hey everyone,
I hope you can make it to opening day or at least opening week here at CrossFit Encinitas. We will have Intro to CrossFit classes followed by a WOD at the following times on Wed.,Thurs., and Friday: 6:30-7:30 a.m., 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. We are getting all set up. Here are some pics of our first 5 days of a 10 day transformation of raquetball court 4 here at Encinitas Boxing and Fitness.
