  • Snatch balance - work up to a heavy double
  • Pull-ups - 3 x max reps

3 rounds for time of:
25 Double-unders
10 1-arm DB split snatch (per arm) - 15-20% BW
10 GHD sit-ups

On 1-arm DB split snatches, alternate the split lead leg on each rep, but do all reps on the first arm before switching to the second arm.

CrossFit Encinitas will no longer be holding its FREE workout on Saturdays!  We are moving into a much smaller space (1 car garage) which can not support more than 1 or 2 people at a time.  Please continue to check the site as the workouts will be great.  This message will remain up until next Monday so everyone has a chance to see it.  Thanks to all of our supporters.
